Hi to one and all, I am hoping someone can assist me, I have had a Kobo Touch for about 9 months now, during which time I have had problems with the desktop app on my PC. It stops responding every two or three mins. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still the same. On the 28th of June kobo support promised me apps team would get in touch within 48hrs..... I am still waiting. Any suggestions gratefully received, Thanks.
