I don't have a kobo, but I assume it's the same as for my nook. You need to have Adobe Digital Editions on your PC/laptop and then when you download a book from Hampshire Libraries' digital catalogue it will open in the ADE application. You then have to slideload onto your kobo using your USB cable. Alternatively, if your kobo is a tablet model you can probably download the OverDrive app and use wifi to download the book instantly. I live in Hampshire so know that the individal libraries don't offer ebooks, it's done through the main Hampshire Libraries service: http://hampshirelibrary.lib.overdrive.co...efault.htm
You will need a PIN number though so if you don't have one you will need to email them and sort that out.
