I got an email from Writing Life and tweeted the guy who wrote it. Told him that as my print titles hadn't returned to WH Smith I didn't expect my Kobo title to come back, either. He gushed back that I ought to re-list. I said no thanks.

Sticking to Kindle and going to upload to Nook.

Yep, Kobo really shot themselves in the foot, as far as their credibility with indie authors goes. I've seen a fair number of fellow indies bail on Kobo because of how they handled the erotica thing.
